PROCESSING/TURN AROUND TIME:

1. Please allow 5-10 business days from order date to complete. Please contact me if the item is needed faster - a $50 Expedited completion fee will added. 

2. The photos available of our gallery are EXAMPLES from previous custom order. All previous order design examples can be recreated! 

3.  All Nutcrackers are customized and hand painted. Making each design unique! Some designs take more time to create than others, however we will always keep you informed and updated of Start and Completion dates.
